    Complimentary Specification Survey for First-Time Commercial Clients

    If you're considering a new commercial door installation, shopfront or shutter — we'll attend on-site, measure, photograph the existing conditions and write a properly-scoped specification at no cost. Whether you order with us or not.

    Phased Rollout Programme for Multi-Site Estates

    If you operate across multiple Central Belt sites — retail chain, hospitality group, FM portfolio — we'll structure the work as a phased rollout with locked rates, single-account paperwork and predictable cashflow rather than ad-hoc per-site quotes.

    Eligibility

    Minimum 5 sites. Any combination of services. Full Central Belt coverage.

    Extended Cover

    Extended 24-Month Warranty on Full Installation Packages

    Standard warranty across the industry is 12 months. On any complete installation package combining two or more of our specialisms — for example, shopfront + shutter, or fire door + access control — we extend that to 24 months at no extra cost.

    Eligibility

    Applies to combined-specialism installations on commercial premises. Quoted at order.

    What's included
    • 24 months parts and labour on the full install package
    • Manufacturer warranties pass-through documented in writing
    • Annual inspection visit included within the warranty period
    • First-call response under standard SLA throughout the cover
    • Transferable to new occupier if premises change hands within 24 months
    • Issued in writing on completion certification
    Compliance Programme

    Annual Fire Door & Compliance Inspection Programme

    For commercial premises, HMOs and care environments, we offer a structured annual fire door and compliance inspection programme — one visit, one report, all the documentation your insurer, local authority and Scottish Fire and Rescue need to see.

    Eligibility

    Commercial, HMO, care, hospitality and education premises. From 5 doors per site.

    What's included
    • Annual on-site inspection of every fire door asset
    • BS 8214 / Scottish Technical Standards-aligned reporting
    • Asset register issued in CAFM-compatible format
    • Remediation works quoted against the inspection report
    • Compliance certificate issued for insurer and FRA submission
    • Renewable annually with the same engineer for continuity
    FM Partnership

    FM Sub-Contractor Partnership for National Providers

    We already act as the Central Belt door specialist for several national FM providers. If you manage a Scottish portfolio and need a properly-paperworked, properly-insured local sub-contractor, we'll align with your CAFM, RAMS and permit-to-work disciplines from day one.
